Rincon Beach Resort

The location is excellent with a beautiful beach. The facilities are nice, but little things in the room were less than perfect. With that preface, I would like to say that my experience with this place was terrible. First, they overcharged me nearly $200 over what the confirmed price was through Bookings.com. Secondly, when I first address this with them, the staff was less than helpful, nor seemed interested. I finally did get a staff member who recognized the price discrepancy, and got it corrected. I was credited back the amount, but find that somehow they have recharged me this credit- complete incompetence. The final indignity occurred when I was ignored service at breakfast, then was verbally insulted by a waiter- completely unprofessional treatment at whats labelled a "resort".

Appropriate, excellent room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Good service at the bar!

Nicely laid out and ideally situated on the beach, not too far from restaurants in Rincon. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful, as were most of the Restaurant and Reception staff.

Definitely overpriced and over starred. Room was adequate but certainly not worthy of 4*.

The hotel has a beatiful beach and a swiming pool in front of this beach. But the price is high to the offer. .

The internet...very poor and slow some emploees not very kind....

Appealing small hotel with very attentive and knowledgeable staff members with good service. Incredibly nice morning meal in the bar. Early check-in, late check-out. Good to have a bar in the lobby.

Access to the beach. Great pool. Excellent service at hotel restaurant and good price for breakfast buffet.

The ac made noises when compressor was turning off. It rained and our balcony was full of water and no one clear it. We requested a late checkout and was denied when the hotel was almost empty claiming the room was assigned to someone on that same date. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was the first time ever that I was denied a late checkout of one or two more hours.

What A View- Great Resort!

This fine hotel feels like a hidden gem. The oceanview room was serene, and the pool area was immaculate. The staff were friendly and prompt in resolving minor issues. Dining options were delicious and reasonably priced. It provides a beautiful setting for relaxation, though a few amenities could use updates.

The pool area exceeded my expectations. Particularly in the Pelican Grill where we enjoyed delicious meals. The sea view from our room made waking up a delight.

The price we paid did not correspond with the amenities offered.

The infinity pool right by the beach was stunning, and waking up to the sunrise from our garden view room created lovely memories.

Although the room appeared to have been recently painted, the decor felt outdated and the furniture showed significant wear. Noise from outside can seep through the single-pane windows. A little upkeep on the facilities would go a long way, as some areas, like the hot tub, seemed neglected.

We had an amazing stay! The pool was fabulous, perfect for spending the whole day and watching sunsets. The food at the restaurant was delicious—it surpassed our expectations with their great quality. the room was spacious and comfortable..

The beach resort has a gorgeous pool and lobby area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the room's beautiful ocean view. The food at the pelican grill was reasonably priced and in great portions. The convenience of the modern gym was a plus!

Tranquil Escape with Room for Improvement

The scenic views delighted us. Breakfast was excellent, a perfect start to the day. Plan to bring your own water. Vending machines were often empty. Light sleepers beware of noisy birds in the morning! A lovely getaway despite some quirks.
